4M Horse Transportation has met all of Gryphon Farm's needs to the last letter. The safety, comfort, and security of our horses is always their priority. With 2k-mile plus trips, our horses always arrive at their destinations in excellent condition. 4M keeps us informed daily of the horse's condition and collaborates with us meticulously to provide for their needs. With large sporthorses, we're concerned with space - 4M has always met our needs in a safe, comfortable, cost-efficient way, even with mares and suckling foals. 4M Horse Transportation is our trusted partner, whether we're moving a farm, or delivering a horse cross-country to their new home. Hi, Shon -- You hauled a gelding from Oregon to Arizona for us last year. I have sent your name to several people because we were so impressed with your service and professionalism. Specifically, we really appreciate your communication skills. You called the owner of the gelding several times to let him know exactly where you were and when you expected to pick him up ... and you were in constant contact with us as you brought him to Arizona. The horse arrived in excellent shape -- and we would use you again at the drop of a hat. Speaking of which ... do you haul horses to/from Texas? There is a possibility that we may buy a horse near Houston in the near future ... if that's not on your route, we would appreciate your recommendation of another hauler in that area. Shon, What a great idea to make customers aware of your scheduled trips. As a non profit Thoroughbred retirement program we often have inquiries about discounts for horses coming to our farm, mostly charity cases, and horses leaving for adoption. In answer to your request. I have not met you or a driver in person, due to having to drop our Canadian colt across the border, for pick-up. As a retired person, who still raises and sells horses, but who no longer shows, nor has a reason for the expense of a trailer. I wish that you came into Canada for pick-up, at least near border towns. However, that said, you hauled/transported the colt I sold, with great care and dropped him at the new owner's farm safe and sound. Judy Haynes

Shon, I only used you guys one time, however I was very pleased with the service I received. I liked the discount for paying the full amount up front, and was very impressed with the daily phone calls that let me know how my horse was doing. I believe you were having problems with your truck at the time, so you kept my horse at your place for a few days, without any feed costs to me. I was also impressed that you came down here with a last minute change in destination, and even brought her to the park in downtown Pasadena! I hope you got out of there alright, its a mess with people down there, very crowded. If I need transport again, you would be the only one I would contact, and would highly recommend you to anyone I know. Thanks, Susan Conkey

It's scary moving horses. I am a wreck anytime I drive a horse somewhere, even a calm 'trailer happy' horse. It's worse when I have to trust someone else to transport for me. I have had a bad experience with a hauler, and know of a dozen others. When I found Shon (4M), I had to have a new colt shipped 1000 miles to me. That baby looked like a million when he came out of the trailer. Fresh and bright, clean and relaxed. I use Shon several times a year now, and will encourage others to.
